I am a trauma-informed therapist deeply committed to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing, wholeness, and renewed connection with yourself. Trauma is not only experienced in the mind—it lives in the body, the nervous system, and the stories carried in the heart and spirit. Healing happens most fully when we engage your whole self—mind, body, and heart—in a safe, compassionate, and attuned space.

I hold a Master’s in Mental Health and Counseling from New York University and a Master’s in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Oklahoma, where I specialized in holistic mental health, somatic awareness, and a whole-person approach. My work integrates evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, emotion-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and somatic experiencing. This integrative blend allows us to gently explore and process trauma on multiple levels—through body awareness, emotional exploration, memory reprocessing, understanding relational patterns, and developing practical coping skills.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent ten years working overseas with the military and their families, gaining deep respect for family dynamics, PTSD, and trauma. Today, I work extensively with trauma, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, emotional regulation, couples therapy, sex therapy, disordered eating, and LGBTQIA+ clients. My clients often share that they appreciate my empathetic, non-judgmental presence and personalized treatment plans that honor their unique needs.
